Andrew Neil and Anita Anand talk to Brian Paddick about warnings of police cuts. And their guest of the day is Lord Levy, who was Tony Blair's special envoy to the Middle East.
There are warnings that 28,000 police posts could go in England and Wales. Meanwhile an independent report is recommending an overhaul of police pay. We have more on that and talk to Brian Paddick, former Deputy Assistant Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police in London.
With regard to the situation in Libya, we ask if a no-fly zone is back on the table.
