Alan Sparhawk from Low will be Gid's guest for the first hour of the show, talking about their long career and the release of their ninth studio album 'C'mon'. Our featured concerts are from St Etienne performing in 1998 and from Kidderminster, the Jess Roden Band. Sessions include the Four Brothers, The Sugarhill Gang, Adam and The Ants playing for John Peel in 1978 and a couple of tracks from the sessions that Low have performed for the Beeb over the years.
