At 1, Is it right that the Home Office has decided to stop funding minority groups for Police Officers?
It looks like the funding is being removed for all diversity association within the Police force. Up until now groups likes the National Association of Muslim Police, The Sikh Police Association and others such as the Gay Police Association have received public funds. But is there really a need for these minority groups? Are the cuts justified? Or will this lead to more inequality and suppression against minority groups in the workplace?
At 2, Playwright Madani Younis will be discussing his play called City of Dreams which explores contemporary Bradford. The lives of those who migrated to the area from the South Asia subcontinent as well as the Eastern European block, are put under a microscope.
At 2.30, Ms Jenni Trent Hughes will be in the studio discussing her new book called 'The Greatest Guide to Relationships and Dating'.
