Sean Curran and the 大象传媒's parliamentary team report on today's events in Parliament where MPs debate and vote on military action in Libya. The Prime Minister is asking MPs to back a motion welcoming the UN Security Council resolution authorising a no-fly zone over Libya. The resolution also allows "all necessary measures" to be taken to protect civilians. The Labour leader, Ed Miliband urged all MPs to vote for the motion. But during the debate some MPs raised concerns about "mission creep" and wanted to know what the "end-game" was. They also called for Arab countries to be fully engaged in the operation. Also in the programme: MPs vote on their salaries; and a report on education question-time.
