Libya - the latest: we speak to Farid, who has been in daily contact with his family in Tripoli and can tell us what they have been seeing. Colonel Gaddafi remains defiant in the face of NATO strikes -- but how long can he hold on? In the first hour, David Schenker, the director of the program on Arab politics at The Washington Institute for near east policy tells us where the Libyan leader got his money from to fight those who oppose him.
In hour two, as the United States signals that it wants to step back from its current role commanding operations, Robert Hunter who served as US Ambassador to NATO under President Clinton tells us lessons learned from past campaigns.
Also in the programme, the author and TV documentarian Jerry Thompson tells us about his new book studying earthquakes, Cascadia's Fault: The Deadly Earthquake That Will Devastate North America.
