Steve is joined by Foo Fighters, who'll be talking about their forthcoming album Wasting Light.

Steve's joined by Dave Grohl, Chris Shiflett, Nate Mendel, Taylor Hawkins and Pat Smear AKA Foo Fighters, who'll be talking about, riding their bikes round to each others houses to record their new album 'Wasting Light'. We'll also be hearing about their early influences which range from Queen and The Who, to Phil Collins, storing up riffs for 10 years and why they decided to give the studio a miss this time around and record the album in Dave's garage. Plus we'll be playing every track from the album across 大象传媒 6 Music as our Album of the Day +.

Plus Lammo will be chatting with another listener in Good Day Bad Day, he'll set up the National Anthem and as ever he'll be playing some of the best new music around as well as some interesting selections from his home collection. Expect the likes of Noah and The Whale, the Jam and the Sultans of Ping.
