Fermanagh dairy farmer Rodney Elliott, last seen by 大象传媒 Northern Ireland viewers emigrating to South Dakota in 'Wanted Farmers', is back in Fermanagh to explore his family's farming roots. In this two-part documentary Rodney traces both his family history and the history of the farm he grew up on in an epic story of the revolutionary changes in farming over the last hundred years.

Busy Fermanagh dairy farmer Rodney Elliott never had much time to dwell on the past, but now that he's living thousands of miles away in South Dakota he wants to know more about his family's farming roots. In the second of two programmes Rodney attempts to discover why his grandfather gave up a thriving business in Dublin to become a farmer in Fermanagh. His search reveals his links with a Donegal smallholding and County Monaghan aristocracy as he discovers the rich and colourful history of the Georgian manor house he grew up in.
