The American satirist Joe Queenan is fascinated by anyone who can turn an idea into a revenue stream. So three years on from his series A Wonderful Way to Make a Living - in which he met the penetration testers, the naked yoga instructor, and the emergency shirt delivery guy - Joe is back to meet the brains behind the businesses bucking the economic downturn.
