Andrew Neil is in a new temporary home in Edinburgh where it is just over a month before voters head to the polls to elect a new Scottish Parliament.
As the campaign hots up, politicians are making spending pledges from free prescriptions to free university tuition and free eye tests. But where is the money going to come from?
