Midwives help pregnant women shape up before giving birth. Pregnant Amy still smokes 15 cigarettes a day, while Sophie is growing a baby on a diet of pizza, burgers and ice-cream.

Three soon-to-be mums work with the specialist midwives who use their extensive experience and cutting-edge technology to help them get back in shape for the most important event of their lives.

Amy is nearly five months pregnant, but smokes 15 cigarettes a day. She is surrounded by other smokers and is struggling to find the motivation to quit. Sophie is growing a baby on a diet of pizza, burgers and ice-cream, while teen mum Sarah is only a month away from giving birth but still smoking 20 a day.

Can the midwives convince these unhealthy women to quit their damaging ways for the sake of their babies or will they continue to ignore the warnings regarding their health and that of their unborn children?
