Claudia previews the Hay Festival with Peter Florence
Claudia meets movie stuntman Vic Armstrong and artistic director of the Hay Festival Peter Florence. With film and TV reports by Charles Gant and Boyd Hilton.
Claudia meets movie stuntman Vic Armstrong, who's worked on over 200 films. From performing stunts as Indiana Jones, James Bond and Superman to directing action scenes in eagerly anticipated blockbusters - "Thor" and "The Amazing Spider-Man" - Vic Armstrong is a legend in the film industry.
Artistic director of the Hay Festival Peter Florence tells us what we can look forward to at this year's event. He's joined by James Wrighton and Elliott Tiney from comedy four piece Idiots of Ants who are performing there. Idiots of Ants have written and performed their unique blend of fast paced sketch comedy all over the world since 2007.
Comedian and musician Mitch Benn performs a special song for us.
The Hayward Gallery in London is staging a major exhibition of one of Britain's best-known artists, Tracey Emin. The show includes key pieces from all periods of her career, as well as a new series of outdoor sculptures created especially for the event. It's one of the highlights of the Southbank Centre's celebration of the 60th anniversary of the 1951 Festival of Britain, and Radio 2's Tom Sandars takes a look round for us.
