The UK's biggest care home provider, Southern Cross says it will start paying its landlords a third less rent to help ease its severe financial problems. We ask Andrew Harrop, director of policy at Age UK how close Southern Cross is to the brink.
Thousands of people have been tricked into handing over cash to bogus debt management companies, who have contacted them claiming to offer help. We speak to Peter Tutton from the Citizens' Advice Bureau, who filed a complaint about this to the consumer watchdog.
