Keavo takes a rib-tickling satirical romp through the day's news to a joyous soundtrack from The Cribs to The Clash, plus the greenfingered Alan Titchmarsh is in the studio.

Shaun Keaveny takes a rib-tickling satirical romp through the day's news and events, to the perfect morning soundtrack for any music-lover; from northern soul to new folk; rock 'n' roll to indie disco. New tracks from the likes of Wild Beasts and Florence & The Machine delightfully wrap around your semi-conscious ears, along with the best of the greatest back catalogues on the planet; be they The Smiths, The Stones, The Clash or The Jam.

Matt Everitt drops by with music news twice an hour and Shaun also welcomes greenfingered Alan Titchmarsh into the studio after 9am to talk about his new book 'Knave Of Spades'.

Known to millions through the popular 大象传媒 TV programmes British Isles: A Natural History, How to be a Gardener, Ground Force and Gardeners' World Alan started as a horticultural journalist, and Editor of gardening magazines, before becoming a freelance broadcaster and writer.

He has twice been named 'Gardening Writer of the Year' and for four successive years was voted 'Television Personality of the Year' by the Garden Writers' Guild. In 2004 he received their Lifetime Achievement Award and was made MBE in the millennium New Year Honours list and holds the Victoria Medal of Honour, the Royal Horticultural Society's highest award.

No doubt Shaun and Matt will quiz him on how to get their lawns looking lovely.
