The world's largest producer of spirits, Diageo, is going to pay to train thousands of midwives to advise expectant mothers on the risks of drinking alcohol while pregnant. Laurence Buckman, the chairman of the British Medical Association's GPs committee tells us in the final half hour how he feels about the idea.
