Counter-tenor Andreas Scholl together with Accademia Bizantina directed by Stefano Montanari perform Purcell's Music for a while, violinist Nicola Benedetti and the London Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Andrew Litton perform Vaughan Williams's The Lark Ascending, and the opening of the Gloria from Bach's Mass in B minor is performed by the Monteverdi Choir and English Baroque Soloists under the baton of John Eliot Gardiner.
