How should we tackle Scotland's obesity epidemic? Could we learn a lesson from New York? And are buskers an asset to your town or city, or are they just annoying?

Is it time Scotland took a leaf out of New York's book? New York's mayor is calling for a ban on using government welfare to buy fizzy drinks. This is the latest health initiative in the city that's also banned trans-fats in restaurants amongst other measures. In Scotland a new study has revealed that obesity related early deaths have risen by more than 40% since 2004. And 75% of men in Scotland aged 35 to 65 are overweight.

Buskers: Annoying or a pleasure? Edinburgh City Council has issued tough new guidelines to buskers. We want to find out if people think they enrich the atmosphere and culture of our cities or just find them annoying.
