Natty and James are the first team captains of Sting and Claw, and tough decisions await them as they must choose their new teammates one by one. Will they follow their hearts and choose their friends? Or will their heads win out as they pick the adventurers with the most Island Treasures? Natty bags three Island Treasures for Sting when she chooses Peter, Dilhan, Khadie and Jeremy to join her, while James and Claw have two Island Treasures with a team made up of Zach, Jordan and Eleanor.

Sting storm to victory in the Code Cracker, but then James beats Natty when the captains take each other on for the first round of the Island Challenge, Flight of Fear. James struggles to decide which of his team mates should play in the second round for the coveted Island Treasure.
