8 out of 90 European banks have failed imposed stress tests. The tests assess whether banks could withstand another financial crisis, but many feel they weren't tough enough. We are joined by Dr. Syed Kamall who sits on the Economics Committee of the European Parliament.
The Ernst & Young Item Club has downgraded UK growth forecasts to 1.4% from 1.8%. We find out more from the economic forecaster's chief advisor.
Thousands of people are being ripped off by claims management companies and will writing businesses according to the Legal Ombudsman's first annual report. We speak to the head of policy for the Legal Ombudsman.
