Another recital featuring Radio 3 New Generation Artists at the 2011 City of London Festival. The Swiss-born
pianist Francesco Piemontesi begins his recital, recorded in the church of St. Mary Abchurch, with shorter pieces by Chopin and Debussy and follows them with Schumann's fantastical (and semi-autobiographical) masterpiece Kreisleriana.
