Chris Warburton, in for Victoria Derbyshire, talks to a woman who brought her stepfather to justice 20 years after he sexually assaulted her. Plus, he talks noisy neighbours.
Chris Warburton - in for Victoria Derbyshire - hears from Tina Renton who was repeatedly raped and sexually assaulted by her step-father from the age of six - but has brought him to justice more than twenty years later after studying a law degree.
He also gets the latest from the first day of the trial of former Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak in Cairo - speaking to protesters against Mubarak about their feelings.
Chris discusses noisy neighbours as the government announces it's going to make it easier for some landlords in England to evict nuisance neighbours. He also speaks to Housing Minister Grant Shapps about the new plans.
