Elaine says she saw a UFO outside her son's bedroom, the same as the one Mike Sewell described. "Imagine you're in a dolls house and someone is shining a torch in the dolls house".
More than a third of adults and the majority of teenagers say they are highly addicted to smartphones. Technology expert Tom Cheesewright tells us in the final hour about his efforts to tackle his addiction, one that Adil shares.
