How do you deal with the grief of a loved one? Plus the weekly news quiz Guess The Story.
How do you deal with the grief of a loved one?
Its obviously a very difficult day for many people in Birmingham today. The Funerals are taking place of brothers Shahzad Ali and Abdul Musavir and their friend Haroon Jehan, who died last Wednesday when a car hit a group of people trying to protect their property from looters.
Haroon's father Tariq has been the public face of the families. His heartfelt pleas to stop the violence, for communities to come together, and people to remember the dead boys in the right way, touched many people.
But how do Asian communities deal with grief generally? Is it something they do well? We've heard experiences of people on this programme where they've tried to deal with it by ignoring the pain, others wear their grief like a badge and withdraw from social activity for years.
We're also thinking about what effect this funeral will have in the community. This horrible tragedy has brought Asian people together from different backgrounds. Would that be a true legacy to take from the death of these three young men?
After 2 it's our weekly news quiz Guess The Story.
