As fighting continues in Tripoli, a former Libyan diplomat who defected warns Colonel Gaddafi's exit will be a bloody one. Ibrahim Dabbashi, the former Libyan deputy ambassador to the UN, says his ex-boss will kill and destroy as much as possile before leaving.
World affairs correspondent Matthew Price describes seeing and speaking to the son of Colonel Gaddafi who had earlier been reported as captured by rebels.
And ex-pat Libyans tell of their preparations to return home after decades in exile.
