More than a hundred decomposing bodies are found at an abandoned hospital in Tripoli, and America shuts down for Hurricane Irene.

A picture emerges of the scale of killings in the days before the fall of the Libyan capital, Tripoli. There are reports of decomposing bodies, with some victims found handcuffed or shackled and shot. Dotun speaks to reporters in the capital and a doctor one of the largest hospitals in the city about what they've seen.
