The Lab Rats stay up all night attempting to devise an experiment on balance and the transfer of energy. And while watching some boxing on a sports channel in the middle of the night, they have an idea - they will attempt to knock down a punch bag using three different sources of power. First up is a Lab Rat dressed as a boxer. This is followed by a wind machine, and finally a firefighter's water jet.
