At 1, Are Asians backward if they only socialise with their own?

We're asking this question because some government data has been released showing that 60 years ago, about half of white British people had never come across, what was then called in the survey, a coloured person.The 1951 report said that over a quarter wouldn't want a non-white in their house and one in six wouldn't want to work with one.

These figures sound shocking but is the reverse true of Asians in 2011. Look at your friends - do you only socialise with other asians? And if so, Is there anything wrong with that?
