Stock markets around Europe were hammered once again yesterday. Richard Jeffrey, Chief Investment Officer at Cazenove Capital Management and Holger Schmeeding, Chief Economist at Berenberg Bank offers their expertise in explaining what's going on and why. Only an astonishing 20 applications to the High Street Fund, a support for small companies harmed by the riots, have been received. We talk to one of the few applicants and also one of the trustees responsible for the fund, Sir Richard Lambert. We also look ahead to a critical oil and gas industry meeting in Aberdeen.
