A 3-year public inquiry has found that the Iraqi hotel worker Baha Mousa died after suffering an 'appalling episode of serious and gratuitous violence' by members of 1st Battalion the Queen's Lancashire Regiment. Chris Parker served with the Desert Rats and was chief of staff in Iraq until shortly before Baha Mousa's death.
