Sean is joined by Sir John Tomlinson, one of the Nation's finest basses, ahead of his performance with the Philharmonia Orchestra at the Windsor Festival and subsequent European tour.
John performs music by Rossini, Mozart and Wagner live in the studio accompanied by Kelvin Lim.
Sean is also joined by Russian pianist Daniil Trifonov and Armenian cellist Narek Hakhnazaryan, winners of the International Tchaikovsky Competition. The competition is held every four years and has long been regarded as an outstanding opportunity for extraordinary young musicians to gain international recognition and establish their careers. Daniil and Narek perform live in the studio ahead of their performances with the London Symphony Orchestra at London's Barbican Centre.
