This catch-up episode of the cookery competition meets the four celebrities who have been battling this week to impress judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace: actresses Margi Clarke and Shobu Kapoor, and TV presenters Aggie MacKenzie and Tim Lovejoy.

After eight gruelling culinary challenges, only three contestants remain, and the survivors are on location at top Asian restaurant Ora for the Pressure Test. Under the strict instruction of head chef Tamas Khan, the contestants take on their first challenge within a high-end restaurant kitchen, preparing a lunch service for paying customers. In the heat of the professional kitchen, though, the celebrities are pushed to the limit as they struggle to keep up with the lunchtime rush.

Next, Khan challenges the contestants to cook his signature dish: wok-fried scallops with a chilli oil. With the high standards already set by Khan, can the celebrities deliver a winning dish, or will the pressure prove too much?
