The Bank of England is on the verge of deciding whether the time has come for more quantitative easing. BGC Partners analyst Louise Cooper and former chancellor Lord Lawson give their views.
There is also a discussion about council housing, from the revival of the right-to-buy scheme from the Tories to Ed Miliband calling for those in work to move more rapidly up the housing queue. The programme hears from Labour's housing spokeswoman Alison Seabeck and Conservative MP Conor Burns.
