At 1, Should India be hosting a Grand Prix?
Formula One goes to Delhi and once again the event being hosted by India has attracted some mixed reviews. Qualifying takes place tomorrow and the race itself on Sunday. But is a country - where the disparity between rich and poor is so immense - the right place to be hosting such a glitzy event?
The Jaypee Group has spent two hundred and five million pounds on the new track alone. Some people have argued that this money should have been spent on better causes such as social deprivation and schools for the country's poorest children. But do you agree? Do events like the Grand Prix help raise the profile of India further? Or does it just extend the gap between the rich and the poor?
At 2, Nihal talks to Nidar Singh Nihang about the Indian martial art of Sanatan Shastar Vidiya.
Then at 2.30, Writer and director Nirpal Bhogal drops in to talk about his new film SKET.
