Plus Gareth from Buckinghamshire is set up by his sister, and Roger calls by to carry out maintenance work on their fusebox. Will his scare stories about faulty wiring and house fires convince the young consumer that a costly gadget is needed to make the fusebox work more safely?
Meanwhile, a consumer in Norfolk reveals the shocking extent to which rogue builders tricked her father-in-law into simple gardening jobs, for which he was charged more than 6,000 pounds.
