A chilled-out camel called Diego finds a soft drink can in the desert, opens it and out pops Ziggy the genie. He fulfils Diego's first two wishes, but then sand gets into his can and mucks up the magic, so new wishes fail. Follow the wacky and madcap adventures of Diego and his friends as Ziggy keeps trying to fulfil a third wish so he may be free from his can.

Diego and his friends are squabbling about who will be lucky enough to be first to read the coolest magazine of all time, Mirage. Ziggy thinks that hitting its headlines would be even better. So Diego wishes to be on Mirage's next cover page with all his friends - and lands inside the magazine! All his friends visit their favourite sections. Ziggy and Diego will have to find them all to be on time for their picture to be taken.
