The mighty Dutch Uncles are in session tonight to help us wave goodbye to our Manchester studio - Sob .. Yeah we're moving to Salford Media City!!!!
Dutch Uncles formed 5 years ago in Manchester, well Marple nr Manchester, and have released their new album Cadenza on Memphis Industry Records.
The band are Duncan Wallis (vocals), Robin Richards (bass), Daniel Spedding (guitar), Peter Broadhead (guitar), and Andy Proudfoot (drums).
Dutch Uncles met at primary school. Having played in various bands together, the then teenage Dutch Uncles found themselves, almost by accident, recording and releasing a self-titled album for a German label in 2009. .
The band recorded Cadenza last summer locked in a Salford basement and Marc absolutely loves it, infact he can't get enough of it .. and that's why we're having them back for our last show at the Palace of Glittering Lights AKA Oxford Rd. A fitting end to our reign at Riley Towers .. I'm sure you'll agree ..
