Victoria hosts a live debate from Tottenham, 100 days after the riots in towns and cities across England. We hear from people affected by the trouble, as well as the Government and the police. We hear how people are still waiting for compensation from their insurance companies. David Lammy, the Labour MP for Tottenham says there would have been a quicker response to an overseas disaster than there has been in the borough - and described the response of insurance companies as "woeful." The evidence heard will contribute towards the official Riots Communities and Victims Panel which was set up to find out what caused the riots.
