Campaigners have called Oxford City Council's decision to record all conversations in taxis 'a staggering invasion of privacy'. Tony discusses with cab drivers and passengers.

Oxford City Council says it plans to fit all of its taxis with CCTV camera, to record all conversations between passengers. Tony debates with cabbies, passengers and civil rights campaigners.
