A judge has decided that the Occupy Wall Street protest can continue - but no tents are allowed. The latest games news with Adam Rosser and President Obama touches down in Canberra.

Rhod Sharp with stories from around the world.

After a day of tension, a judge has ruled it was legal for the police to break up the Occupy Wall Street protest in New York City. But the protesters are being allowed back into Zuccotti Park, just so long as they don't bring their tents or sleeping bags. We speak to Tara Godomski in the park, a lawyer who argued on behalf of the protesters, and a business owner who wishes they'd just go away.

Washington DC has long been known as an area of 'taxation without representation'. America's capital city has to ask congress before it can splash any cash. But a Republican politician has proposed a plan for that to change, giving Washington DC more power to spend its own money. There's just one catch - no money could be spent on abortions for women on low incomes. Ilir Zherka from the advocacy group DC Vote isn't happy - he wants a good, clean bill with no strings attached.

President Obama is paying his first visit to Australia - he touched down in the capital Canberra as we were on air. You can even hear the sound of Air Force One's engines! We speak to Emma MacDonald from the Canberra Times about the visit and the excitement surrounding it.

Plus the computer games Battlefield and Modern Warfare are discussed with Adam Rosser and his guests, and there's Cash Peters too.
