Ziggy is down in the dumps. He's tried so many desperate attempts to get rid of the can on his tail and nothing has worked. For Diego, there is only one way to help his friend - he wishes for Ziggy to be free and is whisked off through the clouds with his genie to the Ministry of Genies. Once there, they must fill in some administrative formalities to fulfil the wish.

Everything is going well but Diego and Ziggy were unaware of an important detail: after fulfilling the three wishes, every genie must disappear from his master's life.
