When Des Hunt from Anglesey bought a suite from Bathstore in Bangor, he was given the name of a bathroom fitter David Foster. But the work was poor, and Bathstore said they would no longer recommend Mr Foster. But they carried on, leaving other customers like John Butcher thousands of pounds out of pocket. Rachel Treadaway-Williams tracks down the bathroom fitter who's taken thousands of pounds for work he hasn't even started.
Bryan and Lynne Lewis from Bridgend wanted to go green and paid two and a half thousand pounds deposit for the privilege. The couple were cold called by a salesman and agreed to the installation of twenty one solar panels on their roof. But they had second thoughts after a visit from the company's surveyor, and long delays by the company.
