Sam Smith investigates a Somerset businessman who organised a sky-diving trip to Everest that went horribly wrong. He promised his clients high adventure but left some of them angry and disappointed.

Plus the end of a green dream? Alastair McKee reports on the cutting of government subsidies to encourage solar power. Investors in the West of England say the changes will kill off the industry just as it was starting to take off.

And Olympic gold medalist Jason Gardener MBE meets the men's beach volleyball team hoping to represent Great Britain at the London 2012 Games. Tom Lord and Robin Miedzybrodzki are based in Bath - a city without a beach. Unlike many other Olympic athletes they don't receive any direct funding to help with their training.
