Collectibles experts Paul Hayes and Mark Franks ride to the rescue of homeowners whose houses are being taken over by mountains of unwanted mess. With the help of their makeover squad they clear out and transform properties that are jam-packed with junk and use their expertise to help people recycle, revitalise and sell their unwanted clutter.

The team is in Redditch in Worcestershire to meet Sue and Mark Underwood, who live in a three bedroom semi-detached house drowning under all the clutter. These self-confessed hoarders have been married for nearly twelve years and have been collecting clutter from day one. But now they have decided it is time to act and not only reclaim their home, but also make some money by selling all their unwanted stuff.
