Erol Alkan returns to the 6 Mix, taking you on a sonic journey through bleeps, beats and bass from the cutting edge of club culture.

A much loved and respected figure on the UK electronic music circuit, Erol's early Noughties club night Trash was earlier this year named number 43 in the Guardian's 50 Key Events In the History Of Dance Music supplement. In his last 6 Mix of 2011, Erol delves into the crates to unearth a selection of hidden gems, alongside a selection of upfront electronic and experimental sounds from inside and outside the club.

In the final 30 minutes, Erol's Mystery Mix returns, with a secret selection of future floorfillers which could well be the soundtrack to 2012's festival season.
