Rachel Treadaway Williams investigates the parking issue that's got the residents of Ebbw Vale up in arms. Since a new parking company took over the management of The Walk car park in the town centre, dozens of people have been fined for parking. Rachel meets local people who feel that the company's approach to implementing parking charges has been too heavy-handed.
