Floyd Mayweather is jailed for assaulting his ex-girlfriend; Human Rights Watch says Saif Gaddafi needs access to lawyers; books and news; Dr Chris answers your science questions.

Dotun Adebayo with stories from around the world.
The American boxer, Floyd Mayweather, has been jailed for 90 days after admitting assaulting his ex-girlfriend and threatening two of their children. Steve Carp, a boxing writer at the Las Vegas Review Journal, tells us many people were surprised he was jailed but the judge has held him accountable.
Saif Gaddafi hasn't seen a lawyer since he was arrested last month. Human Rights Watch says that's no way to treat Colonel Gadaffi's son because everyone has basic rights when they're in custody. Sarah-Lee Whitson, the group's middle east director, tells us he hasn't seen his family in weeks and deserves access to books and the news. She says Saif's case is important, as it'll be used to measure how civilised Libya has become under its new government.
Afghanistan has a railway for the first time in its history. It's 47 miles long and runs from the Uzbekistan border to the Northern city of Mazar-e-Sharif. We speak to Juan Miranda from the Asian development bank, which has helped fund the project. He says it's for the whole country to share, and hopes that one day there'll be passenger services as well as freight.
Dr Karl's on a break this week, so Dr Chris, the naked scientist, takes your calls instead. He talks about viruses, spiders, and tells us what causes pain and pleasure in the body.
