Mark Stephen speaks to four truly inspirational people who, against all odds, have achieved remarkable things in the outdoors. Karen Darke is paralysed from the chest down and is now training for the 2012 paraolympics. Mark Ingles is a double amputee and is the first such person to climb Everest. Julie McElroy has cerebal palsy and recently won the John Muir Award. And Sally Hyder made it unaided to the top of Ben Nevis in an electric wheelchair.
Plus, another chance to hear our special feature about the Gaelic poet, Sorley MacLean to mark 100 years since his birth. Mark Stephen explores the landscapes of Skye and Raasay through his poetry.
