Shirley Woodman fought a long battle to be able to sue the man who tried to rape her - after he won seven million pounds in the lottery. She tells Jenni about her long campaign. Plus - if a person goes missing should it be easier for families to access that person's finances? There's a call to bring the law in England and Wales in line with that in Scotland and Northern Ireland. We also examine the morality of the present breast implant scandal.
