Is the Government right to cap benefits? The government plans to impose a limit of 拢26,000 a year - that's 拢500 a week - on families in England, Wales and Scotland. But there's criticism of the idea from some liberal democrat peers and Bishops who say Child benefit shouldn't be included in that cap.
