Continuing her look at the musical state of the nation, Jen heads to West Wales to check out the scene.

Fresh from touring the US and Europe with St Vincent, Cate Le Bon has just released her second album, CYRK, in the states. So before she heads back state side for more touring, Jen convinces her to record a beautiful piano session.

Dj Hari Glitch from the Electronic Music Wales blog delivers a truly eclectic mix of some of the most exciting artists the west has to offer. And Aled Thomas from Tangled Parrot Carmarthen flags up three top bands from the area you need to check out.
