Changing your Asian name to get a job.

Nihal asks whether your Asian name is holding you back, plus cab driver turned writer Ishy Din talks about his new play Snookered.

At 1, Nihal asks Does your Asian name hold you back?

Writing in the "Journal of experimental Social Psychology" researchers have found a "Name pronunciation effect" where people with long or difficult pronounce names find it harder to get a job compared to people with easier sounding names.

They found the easier the name was to pronounce, the quicker they got promoted, they have more success in the workplace and in their social life.
What do you think about this? Would you change your name to get success or do you think that people who do are denying their roots and betraying who they are? Would some famous people who have adopted easier sounding names have been as famous as they are if they'd stuck to their traditional names? Call Nihal and tell him what you think.

At 2, Middlesbrough-based writer Ishy Din will be chatting to Nihal about his new play 'Snookered' which is currently touring up and down the country.

At 2.30, Would you have a first date in Nandos?

Comedian Jack Whitehall thinks its perfectly acceptable to woo your lady with grilled chicken but do you agree?
